If you are considering investing in a new software project, whether you go with us or not, we strongly recommend that you take the time to read the Software Project Survival Guide written by Steve McConnell and published by Microsoft. Obtaining a good understanding of this process before you invest your hard earned cash into a software project will probably help you determine if your investment will give adequate returns.
